Female cats arrive at 8:15 a.m. and male cats arrive at 8:45 a.m. If you are bringing both, you need to arrive at 8:15 a.m. Pick-up time is usually late afternoon – you will be given an exact time when you drop off your kitty.

The van doors lock immediately after surgery begins and no cats will be admitted after this time. Please allow yourself plenty of travel time to accommodate for traffic or any other delays you may encounter. Please be prepared for all kinds of weather. We are a mobile unit and you will need to wait outside at drop-off and pick-up time.
