Please call the office at (978) 465-1940 instead of booking online if either of the following apply to you:

  1. You have a Mass Animal Fund Voucher or
  2. You are in need of financial assistance and want to inquire about subsidies that may be available.

The information provided to register MUST BE PROVIDED BY, AND THE CONSENT FORM SIGNED BY THE CAT'S LEGAL OWNER.

Tips for making booking your appointment easier:

  • Cat Carriers: Each cat has to come in its own hard, plastic regulation cat carrier. Cloth carriers, duffel bags, backpacks, paper bags, pillowcases, litter boxes and Rubbermaid bins, etc. are prohibited and you will be turned away if your cat is not in a hard, plastic carrier. No more than one cat per carrier.
  • Appointment Forms: One appointment form submission is required for each cat.
  • Sex: If you do not know the sex of your cat, pick female.
