Catmobile Registration Form

    The price is $80 for male cats and $120 for female cats.*

    Microchips may be purchased for an additional $15.

     

    Please allow 24 hours for us to reply to your appointment request. You do not need to follow up by phone. Doing so may result in double booking of appointments.

     

    Our package consists of the following:

    • Brief exam
    • Spay (female) or Neuter (male)
    • Rabies vaccination for cats over 12 weeks of age (weighing 1.5kg/3.3lbs)
    • FVRCP vaccination
    • Nail trim

     

    Drop-off time for all appointments is 8:15 am sharp. Pick-up time is usually late afternoon - you will be given an exact time when you drop off your kitty.

    The van locks the doors to start surgery immediately after the drop off process is complete & no cats will be admitted after this time. Please allow yourself plenty of travel time!

    Because we are a mobile unit, you will need to wait outside at drop off and pick-up time.

    *Cats with non-standard procedural needs such as males with undescended testicles or hernias, or females with hernias are subject to veterinary discretion and if done, to extra charges. Also, in some cases cats may need to be sent home with additional medication, which incurs an additional charge. Veterinary staff will discuss specifics with you on the day of the appointment.

     

    IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE FILLING OUT FORM

    1. If your cat is up to date on its rabies shot, you must bring proof and present it at drop off so that we don't over-vaccinate your cat. IF YOUR CAT IS UP TO DATE AND YOU DO NOT BRING PROOF OF CURRENT RABIES VACCINATION, YOUR CAT WILL BE TURNED AWAY. If your cat is NOT current on its rabies shot, your cat will be admitted and its rabies vaccine will be updated.
    2. The night before the cat's procedure, take away all food at midnight; water may be left out.
    3. Cats must be brought in plastic carriers only. ONE CAT PER CARRIER. NO CARDBOARD, NO FABRIC. YOUR CAT WILL BE TURNED AWAY IF IT DOES NOT ARRIVE IN A HARD PLASTIC CARRIER.
    4. You must present a license or photo ID at the time of check in.
    5. If you need to cancel your appointment we require at least 24 hour notice or we may not be able to rebook the appointment.
    6. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express prior to the day of appointment by calling 978-465-1940 (call before 3PM). However, if you choose to pay on the day of the appointment, then it is CASH ONLY and is due WHEN YOU DROP THE CAT OFF IN THE MORNING. YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE CASH AND ARE PAYING THE DAY OF.

    *Please note that a feral cat is one that is not socialized to people. These cats generally will not allow people to approach them and must be trapped for spay/neuter.
